When completing the nomination form, please give examples of the nominee&#8217;s work and outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>The individual will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>demonstrate a thorough understanding of the nature and impact of mental health issues on individuals and the key people in their lives.<\/li>\n<li>demonstrate the use of person centred approaches.<\/li>\n<li>understand the importance of respect, dignity and aspirations;<\/li>\n<li>support in ways that aims to extend boundaries of expectation<\/li>\n<li>work with individuals to establish a greater richness, quality of life and wellbeing.
